Welcome to Ruzehe's camping tent rental services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and rental services. By accessing our website or renting camping equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any rental transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or rent any equipment from Ruzehe.

2. Rental Services

Ruzehe provides camping tent and related equipment rental services for recreational and outdoor activities. Our services include:

• Short-term and long-term tent rentals
• Camping equipment and accessories
• Delivery and pickup services (where available)
• Equipment setup assistance (optional add-on)

3. Eligibility and Registration

To rent equipment from Ruzehe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Possess a valid government-issued identification
• Have a valid payment method on file

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Reservations and Payments

All rental reservations must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

5. Equipment Use and Care

You agree to use all rented equipment responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose. You must:

• Inspect equipment upon receipt and report any damage immediately
• Use equipment in safe and appropriate weather conditions
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety instructions
• Return equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
• Not sublet, lend, or transfer equipment to third parties

6. Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment during the rental period. Charges for damage or loss will be assessed based on repair costs or replacement value. We strongly recommend purchasing our optional damage waiver protection at the time of booking.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Ruzehe is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of rented equipment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruzehe, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our equipment or services.

8. Late Returns

Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns will incur additional daily rental charges. If equipment is not returned within 48 hours of the scheduled return time without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to report the equipment as stolen to appropriate authorities.

9. Modifications to Terms

Ruzehe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
